I love this, and my wife too. It’s so full of flavor and it tastes amazing, very easy to make. You could use a crockpot if you have it or just simply a pot on the stove.
Ingredients:
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 stems of Celery
- 3 medium Carrots
- 1 cup of chopped Green Onions
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 1 spring of Rosemary
- 1 Grass Fed Beef Roast
- Water
- coarse Salt
How to Make Beef Stew:
- Chop the onion, the celery and the carrots.
- Pour some olive oil on a pan and crash the garlic and peel it.
- Put the garlic cloves in the pan and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the chopped veggies. Let them cook until the onion is slightly transparent.Put the veggies into the crockpot (or the pan).
- Add the green onions to the crockpot.
- Chop the meat into squares and add it to the crockpot.
- Cover the meat and veggies with water.
- Add two pinches of salt.
- Turn on the crockpot to low and let it cook for at least 4 hours or until the meat turns soft.
- Add the spring of rosemary almost ad the end to flavor.
