    Hi everyone!

In this post I’m going to show you how to make home made tagliatelle. It’s a very simple pasta, easy to make, but will get better with practice. The name comes from the verb “tagliare” (or “cut”), but in the US might be known as fettuccine.

That said, let me show you how to make it!

    Tools & Ingredients:

How to Make Homemade Tagliatelle Pasta:

    1. Take the pasta dough and pressing with your fingertips, shape it like a rectangle.
    2. Put the shaped dough on the board and start to make it thin rolling with the rolling pin.

    3.  When you reach a pretty thin thickness and a nice round shape of the pasta dough, it’s time to fold it to in the shape of a cylinder.
    4.  At this point, cut it with the knife in 1/2 inch strips across to create the noodles.

    5.  Take it apart with your hands.
