Easy Beef Stew Recipe (Gluten Free)

I love this, and my wife too. It’s so full of flavor and it tastes amazing, very easy to make. You could use a crockpot if you have it or just simply a pot on the stove.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 stems of Celery
  • 3 medium Carrots
  • 1 cup of chopped Green Onions
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 spring of Rosemary
  • 1 Grass Fed Beef Roast
  • Water
  • coarse Salt

How to Make Beef Stew:

  1. Chop the onion, the celery and the carrots.beef stew template1
  2. Pour some olive oil on a pan and crash the garlic and peel it.beef stew template2
  3. Put the garlic cloves in the pan and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Add the chopped veggies. Let them cook until the onion is slightly transparent.Put the veggies into the crockpot (or the pan).beef stew template3
  5. Add the green onions to the crockpot.
  6. Chop the meat into squares and add it to the crockpot.beef stew template4
  7. Cover the meat and veggies with water.
  8. Add two pinches of salt.
  9. Turn on the crockpot to low and let it cook for at least 4 hours or until the meat turns soft.
  10. Add the spring of rosemary almost ad the end to flavor.
